| As part of the Banner ERP suite of
products, BDMS or Xtender provides our users with the ability to convert their
paper processes into electronic solutions. BDMS provides tools for
scanning, indexing, storing, sharing and archiving critical documents while
managing a link to the data records in Banner. Currently, Banner Document
Management is used by Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Grant Accounting, General
Accounting, HR, Admissions, Student Financial Services, Bursar, International
Student Services, College of Education, Registrar, University Research and the
Disabilities Office. The Business Process Improvement Team is available to work
with Departments to establish a process as needed to assist with the management
