I would like to extend a warm greeting to new students and a
welcome back to returning students. Computer Services looks
forward to meeting your academic and administrative technology
needs during the coming year.
Temple has greatly improved technology resources for students
for the Fall 2003 semester. Computer Services has replaced
Temple's e-mail system with TUmail, upgraded the Blackboard
system with new hardware and software, enhanced features on
our student administrative website, OWLnet, and created,
TUportal, a convenient single gateway website to access these
resources and more.
I encourage you to make use of these services and to also
stop by or call the Help Desk when you need assistance. The
Help Desk consultants are ready to answer your questions and
to work with you on troubleshooting your computer problems.
You can visit the Help Desk on Main Campus on the ground floor
of Wachman Hall or call 215-204-8000.
