Andrew Mossin received his M.A. in poetry in 1991. His thesis was titled Elegy Trace. He went on to get a Ph.D. in English from Temple. He has published poetry and critical prose in Contemporary Literature, Callaloo, Conjunctions, Facture and other journals. His book-length-poem, The Epochal Body, was published in 2004 by Singing Horse Press. He has recently completed a memoir, The Presence of Their Passing, and is at work on a critical book of essays, Scenes of Intent: Readings in Masculinity and the Formation of Poetic Career.
