Kabi Hartman received her Masters in 1996. The title of her thesis was The Perfect Distance. After graduating, Kabi went on to get her Ph.D. in literature from Temple. She defended her dissertation “A New Band of Pilgrims”: Fin de Siecle British Women Writers’ Political Reformation of the Conversion Narrative in 2005. She is now an Assistant Professor at Franklin and Marshall College.
