BIOGRAPHY:



Vickie Sedman



Sedman was born in June of 1949. She received her BFA Degree in jewelry and metalsmithing from Wayne State University, Detroit in 1971 and her MFA from University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1974. She is a dedicated Professor of Crafts at Tyler School of Art, Temple University in the metalsmithing/jewelry/cad-cam area. Her professional experience includes being a visiting professor at Bezalal School of Art and Design, Israel, in 1977-78. Sedman is the recipient of numerous awards and grants and has exhibited nationally and internationally.
