1.  To place the navigation bar at the top and bottom of your webpage, go to the FORMAT menu in Front Page,  then to SHARED BORDERS.
 

2.  Make sure that the TOP and BOTTOM shared borders are turned on. (The boxes are checked).
 

3.  Repeat for all pages in your website.  When the webmaster imports your site into our main site, the borders will appear on each of the pages in your thesis show.
