I received my undergraduate education from Tyler School of Art, Temple
University in 1994. I chose to continue my education, at Tyler, under the guidance of
Stanley Lechtzin and Vicki Sedman. The six years I studied under Stanley and Vicki were
the most valuable years of my life. This exhibition represents technical research and
aesthetic growth that would not have been possible without the direction of my professors.
I am part of a group of students who have been researching the possibility of using
CAD/CAM/RP to create innovative objects in the field of Metalsmithing. As a group, we are
similar in that we utilize the computer to create. Lately, I have found that there are
differences in what is considered to be a finished object. The definitions that are
offered about my work, are my opinion. These opinions may not reflect that of my peers.
For more information about me, check out my resume and statement...then move onto the work.
