Communication Templates, Community Liaisons and Training for Points of Dispensure (PODs)

The Dept of Public Health and the School of Communications and Theater are working for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health to A) create communication templates for both vaccination and medical responses applicable to Philadelphia DPH staff, local Points of Dispensure (POD) spokespersons, call center staff, and community liaisons for non-English speaking groups; B) to identify and train representatives of major language groups to serve as liaisons to designated community agencies and leaders; and C) provide training in communication templates for Philadelphia DOH staff and community liaisons.
