|
Tamar Klaiman, MPH Department of Public Health Tamar Klaiman, MPH is a PhD Candidate in Public Health with a focus on emergency preparedness and response policy at Temple University in Philadelphia. She also serves as Chair of the American Public Health Association’s Student Assembly. Ms. Klaiman is a Research Associate at Temple University’s Center for Preparedness Research, Education, and Practice where she has played an integral role in emergency preparedness and response in the Philadelphia region. She worked with the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health to create their Continuity of Operations Plan, a Behavioral Health Reserve Corps training program, and is certified in Psychological First Aid. Additionally, she has conducted gaps analyses for emergency plans at the university, local, state, and federal levels.
