Automatically convert files to PDF and send them to us.
Here's how.

Visit MyOrderDesk and register as a user. The information you provide will be used by us to contact you, and as your delivery address. Use your current Charge Account # as your Customer Account #.

Download and install the LAUNCH WEB HELPER software utility.

Download and install the print driver for your operating system.

That's it!
Now you can send a document to Duplicating Services from within almost any application. Just select "TheCopyCenters" in your printer dialog box and click "OK". Your document will be converted into PDF format, your web browser will be launched and pointed to the MyOrderDesk login page. Select the "Direct Print Requisition" and fill it out as you would a regular requisition. Scroll to the bottom of the form and press "Send". You will recieve an email notifying you of your job status and a chance to proof your job. ( Acrobat 4.0 or higher required )
