Welcome to the Controller's Office
The Controller's Office is responsible for the development and implementation
of University fiscal policies, accounting procedures, internal control mechanisms and
financial systems. We prepare all official external financial reports and process all
accounts payable transactions. We provide leadership and expertise as a university resource
on financial information, business practices, and related regulatory issues.
IMPORTANT NOTE - FMS is now available 7 days a week:
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. on the 3rd working day of the month)
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.
