Temple Students: Log your volunteer hours through the Office of Community Service!!!!

 

This tool will allow you to log all of your service hours that your are doing through organizations here at Temple, as well as volunteer work you are doing independently!  It will take about 10 minutes to create your profile using the instructions below, and then it takes only seconds to log your hours!

 Don’t forget to log hours on a regularly basis so you can keep up to date records on your volunteerism! 

Creating a user profile:

 ·       Go to www.myvolunteerpage.com

        Where it says “enter a city name”, enter “Philadelphia” and click search.

Click on “Pennsylvania” that comes up in the search result.

 ·       Click on “Find organizations by: Organization Name”

 ·       Enter “Temple” and click “find organizations”. 

 ·       Click on “Temple University” in the search results.

 ·       Click on “I would like to volunteer for this organization.”

 ·       When it asks if you have an existing account, click “no”

 ·       On the next page, fill our your information and click “save and continue”

 ·       Select the types of activities you are interested in, and click “continue”. 

 ·       Click on “Take me to the volunteer opportunities.” 

 ·       You can add yourself to specific activities if you would like, however you do not need to do so in order to log your hours for those activities.   

You are now registered and can begin logging hours!

 Logging your Service hours:

 ·       To log hours, go to www.myvolunteerpage.com

 ·       Enter your username and password.

 ·       Click “My Hours Log” on the top tabs.

 ·       Click “log new hours” on the lower tab.

 ·       Select the activity and date you’re logging hours for, and enter the hours.  Click “save”.
