Founded in 1975 by the late Annie
Hyman, a Temple graduate and community activist from North Philadelphia, the Pan-African Studies Community Education Program (PASCEP) has been a beacon for education and community engagement for four decades.

The program offers low-cost, non-credit continuing education classes including computer repair, African-American studies, and more. PASCEP also offers General Educational Development (GED) preparation and adult literacy classes. Learn more about PASCEP.
