Students who hope to participate in the May 2009 Commencement Ceremony must belong to one of the following student populations:
*Students who completed all coursework in August 2008 or January 2009 and received their diploma.
*Students who will be completing all remaining coursework in Spring 2009 and who applied to graduate in May 2009.
Graduate’s Checklist:
-Complete your Graduation Application and Fee Payment by February 16th.
-Verify your address on OWLnet to make sure that your diploma is mailed to the appropriate location 6 weeks following graduation.
-If you are having
your name changed legally, complete the Name Change Form with
the Office of Academic Records: http://www.temple.edu/registrar
-If you plan to participate in the Commencement Exercises & your Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, May 14th make sure that you RSVP and request tickets before March 31st.
-If you plan to participate in your School & College Ceremony click here.
-Visit the link to the University Bookstore to order your cap and gown, announcements, class ring, and diploma frame.
-Senior Job Search Strategy Sessions on April 21, 2009 at the Career Center, 220 Mitten Hall
-Pick up your tickets to Commencement in your School/College Advising Office beginning April 27th. Tickets must be picked up by noon on May 4th.
-Complete your Exit Loan Counseling if you received financial aid. Contact the Bursar's Office for more information.
-Pick up your yearbook in your School / College.
-Pay
all balances on all of your accounts (including library and
parking).
-University Commencement Exercises are on May 14th and the Career Center will also be hosting Senior Job Search Strategy Sessions from
2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Career Center, located in 220 Mitten Hall.
