CLA IT Student Award
The CLA Information Technology Award was established in March of 2009 to recognize a graduate of the College of Liberal Arts who has excelled in the use of technology during their tenure as a student in the CLA. It is awarded on a competitive basis to a graduating senior in The College of Liberal Arts. The first award will be made in 2010.
Applicants may self-nominate or department chairs or program directors may submit nominations. The award recipient will be selected by the members of the Technology Committee of the College of Liberal Arts and will be presented with a $500 check and plaque at the annual baccalaureate dinner prior to commencement in May.
Qualifications
- Student must have attended Temple University for a minimum of four (4) semesters
- Student must have completed a technological or technology-inspired project within their academic career pertaining to their College of Liberal Arts major
- Student (or nominator) must complete an application and return it prior to the deadline
