Distinctions
Dr. Elizabeth Groff received the Intergraph Junior Faculty Award from the University Consortium of Geographic Information Science. She received the award at the UCGIS Summer Assembly 2009.

New grant
Dr. Steven Belenko (PI) is directing a new five-year grant for $2.98 million awarded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
