Kesa Bond, MHA, RHIA, PMP
Clinical Assistant Professor
Kesa Bond earned her B.S. in Health Information Management at Temple University in 2000 and her Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph University in 2003. She is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in Human Development and Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California. She teaches the following undergraduate courses: Healthcare Database Administration, Language of Medicine, Health Informatics: Systems & Designs, HIM Current Topics and Case Studies. In addition to the following graduate courses: Information Technology for Electronic Health Record Systems and Clinical Information Systems.
Ms. Bond served as the Director of Health Information Management for Neshaminy Manor, a long-term care facility for 4 years and has been a HIM consultant for 8 years. She gained her most recent experience working for the world’s largest pharmaceutical distribution company McKesson, where she served as a Clinical Information Specialist.
Her research interests include the electronic health record, a universal health record, and organizational leadership & development.
