"Using Perceptual Mapping to Develop Low Literacy CRC Screening Decision Aids"

The RCL is developing and testing materials to encourage low-literacy African Americans to take advantage of colorectal cancer screening. Screening rates among this population have been much lower than for other sub-populations and colorectal cancer incidence rates have been higher.

Phase I: Risk Communication for Emergency and Crisis Communication
This project assessed an existing PA Health Department emergency preparedness brochure, using eye-tracking and pupil-dilation technologies in conjunction with measures of physiological arousal.

“Health Providers' Perceptions of HIV Prevention and Case Management”
