The Admissions Packet contains all the forms and documents required by the University for consideration of admission The Application Form is available online in a special download. The Admissions packet also contains FAQ’s for admission and an application checklist.

Requirements for admission include:
• A completed undergraduate degree in any major. Cumulative GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0

• Completion of the ten pre-requisite courses all with a minimum GPA in each course of 2.0.

• GRE’s completed within 5 years of the admission date with scores equal to or greater than the fiftieth percentile in 2 of the 3 domains

• Exposure to physical therapy by volunteerism or a paid position

• Submission of an essay detailing reasons why the applicant wishes to enter the field of Physical Therapy

• Submission of two references, ideally one from a physical therapist and one from a professor.

• A course description from the completed statistics course (may be “cut and pasted” from the on-line course bulletin)
