Non-matriculated Student Information

“Non-matriculated students” who hold a current US license to practice physical therapy are also welcome to take ONE tDPT curricular course prior to official acceptance in to the tDPT program.  To do so, the student must provide the following:

• a letter of request to enroll as a student with non-matriculated status
• a copy of his or her current state licensure,
• a completed non-matriculant form

The student must provide the above information in accordance with the published registrar’s deadlines for students with Non-matriculated status to:
