Welcome Message from Chair, Moya Kinnealey

Thank you for visiting the Department of Occupational Therapy website. Occupational Therapy is a dynamic profession in which practitioners combine knowledge of basic and social sciences, and occupational therapy theories, skills and techniques with the power of human interaction and their own creativity to improve a person’s quality of life (What is OT?). Please take time to catch up on our student activities, special events of our department and the development of our Neuro-Behavioral Center.

I asked our first year MOT students why they chose Temple’s O.T. program.  I would like to share with you their top four responses which were: 1) Program reputation, 2) cost and length of the program, 3) faculty and philosophy, and 4) location. To assist you in selection of the program that is best for you, go to (top 4 reasons why students choose Temple).

If you would like to know more, please contact us to set up an information interview by e-mail at otcahp@temple.edu  or by calling 215-707-4813.

Thanks for visiting our site!
