Health Information ManagementApplication ProcessThe Department of Health Information Management is currently accepting applications for Fall 2010. Temple core courses and the HIM prerequisites may be taken in the fall, spring or summer semesters, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT TO APPLY! Submit your application as soon as possible. Applications are processed as soon as they are received and students may be accepted for Fall 2010, effective immediately. Applications are due by: Monday, February 15, 2010. Applications received past this deadline will be considered based on available space.

The Health Information Management program has been at Temple University since 1967 and is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs in collaboration with American Health Information Management Association. Graduates of the program are eligible to take the national certification examination and earn the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential, which has both national and international recognition. |
