Prof. Kok-Chor Tan of the Department of Philosophy and Program in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, as part of the Temple Department of Philosophy Colloquium Series on the topic “Luck, Institutions, and Global Justice,” November 10, 2006.

 

 

Journal of Social Philosophy activities relevant to Global Ethics and Politics:

 

The Journal of Social Philosophy, under Prof. Gould’s editorship is now associated with the Department of Philosophy and with the Center for Global Ethics & Politics.

Forthcoming in Volume 38, issue 1 is a Special Issue on Solidarity, co-edited by Carol Gould and Sally Scholz (Villanova).  Several of the articles deal with the possibilities of transnational or global solidarity.

Professor Gould also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Global Ethics.
