Hi Ginny (Arnsberger),

I’m writing regarding the work that facilities was responsible for today before, during and after the human resources job fair. This was a really important event for us and was complex to oversee and facilitate.

I wanted you to know that the work that was performed by the ladies and gentlemen of your team was absolutely excellent. They were on hand before and during the entire event, managed their work so professionally and impressed everyone who came in contact with them.

Thank you for leading such a supreme team.

Good Day,

I’m sure you receive many employee complaints, but I’d like to compliment one of your employees whom I only know his first name as Chris. The past two weeks he was assigned to the 10th of Anderson Hall. We greatly appreciated the time he was assigned to our floor! He is definitely an example for other employees to follow. His cleaning is immaculate!!! When he cleans he’s very thorough. His character is very pleasant, respectful and professional at all times. I only wish he could be assigned to us throughout the year. He’s normally sent to Anderson Hall during the summer months only.

He is definitely an asset and represents your department very well.

Dear Jim (Creedon),

I just want to say that I am humbled at the overwhelmingly kind, considerate and most importantly helpful service we have received from your department. Truly some of the best instances of professionalism that I have experienced in my 20 years of work.

Shihad was on the case right away and alerted the department to the issues. The HVAC team then came in and started addressing the problem. They have kept Karin abreast of every single step of the process and where the progress is. We are hopeful that the issues will be wrapped up way before the dog days of summer!

However my biggest kudos go to Jim Mergenthal I wanted to let you know how impressed I am with him. He was prompt, thoughtful and kind. He listened to my concerns and you could tell that he truly cared. I cannot say enough good things about him. Our office is nicely, brightly illuminated from he and his team's work and we couldn't be happier.

(Addressed to Margaret Carney),

I am not sure if you are the correct person to whom I should address this email, but I hope you will be able to pass the message on if not. Today, I taught my first class in Anderson Hall since the renovations which occurred over the summer. I can only say that it is beautiful. The classroom was well lit and ventilated. The new color scheme is just fabulous. All the electronics in the room were up and ready for use. And the room was clean and properly appointed. It was such a pleasure to see this progress. I know a lot of people worked very hard (and are still working) to complete everything. I really appreciate the outstanding job. Anderson classrooms look great!

Best wishes,
