The Dean's Office provides guidance, direction and support to individual students and student groups at Temple University. The staff in the Dean's Office work with students to provide extra-curricular services and activities that will help them achieve their personal and educational goals. We also try to enhance each student's academic experience by developing activities and programs that have broad appeal and provide an opportunity for students to apply what they have learned in class.
Below you will find links to information about the Dean's Office and how to get in touch with us, and the student organizations that we advise. We've also included important information that you should know, and other sites we think you'd like to know about.
The departments in the Division of Student Affairs offer a number of non-academic graduate externs. These graduate externships are being re-evaluated. Please contact respective departments for available positions. Appointments will be made by each department before the start of the academic year in the Fall. Externships are usually 10-month (usually September to June, but ask the department for specifics) appointments and are compensated with a monthly stipend..
