Employer Check-In
Check-in will begin at 10:30am at the Bell Tower. The fair begins at 12:00 pm and ends at 4:00 pm. Please plan to
stay with us for the entire event, as our students expect that they can visit until this time.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received after August 31, 2008
will not receive a refund.
Basic Registration Benefits
Basic registration includes lunch for two recruiters, one six-foot table and tablecloth, and
parking.
Fees
$150.00 for Off-Campus Employers
$50.00 for On-Campus Employers
Tables & Displays
Tables are 6 feet long, with two chairs for recruiters. All tables are equipped with table cloths.
Student Give-Aways
If you have company items that you would like to give to students, please let us know when you check in.
You can either leave them at the student registration table or keep them at your employer booth.
Parking
Free parking for Off-Campus employers will be available in the Liacouras Garage, which is located on 15th
Street between Montgomery and Cecil B. Moore Avenues (see map).
Please drop-off your display at your table before parking, as the venue is located 2.5 blocks from
the parking garage.
Upon entering the garage, inform the attendant that you are attending the Part-Time Job Fair. If there
is a problem, ask the attendant to contact our office (215) 204-7981 for clarification.
Directions
The Bell Tower is located in the heart of Main Campus on the corner of Montgomery and 13th St. (map)
Visitors coming from the Liacouras Center parking garage should walk east on Montgomery, crossing over
Broad St. Walk one more block east to 13th Street and make a left. The Bell tower is one block north, on
your right.
Visitors arriving by regional rail should walk west on Berks St. Berks St ends at the corner of 11th and
Berks and becomes a walk way. Follow the walkway under the overhang, cross over 12th St. and walk to the Bell
Tower.
Visitors taking the subway should head east (left, if facing downtown) on Cecil B. Moore Avenue. At the
intersection of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and 13th make a left. Walk 2 blocks north and The Bell Tower will be on
the right hand side.

Lunch will be available for registered recruiters.
