
Campus Recreation periodically accepts applications for employment. To view current jobs and apply for a position with Campus Recreation, you must do so online through the Student Employment Website.
Below, you will find step-by-step instructions to follow, so that you may successfully complete your online application:
1. Log on to TU Portal with your Access Net user name and password.
2. Once in the main TU Portal page, click on “Students Links,” which will open the TU links for students page.
3. Click on the link “Student Jobs @ Temple (NEW),” which will open the TU Student Employment Website.
4. Before completing an application through the Student Employment Website, you must first select a user name and password and create a profile. Once you have successfully created a new profile in the Student Employment Website, you will receive a confirmation email from Human Resources and you may apply for a job.
5. Log on with your email address or user name and password to browse employment opportunities and submit an application. All positions under Campus Recreation are identified broadly as “Recreation Specialist.”
6. Search positions for “Recreation Specialist” to view subcategories of student positions within Campus Recreation, and apply for the position you are interested in.
7. There will be multiple jobs at each facility. When you find the job you want to apply for, click on the job number. Then click on “APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.” Please read the description of the job carefully to ensure you are applying for the right job.
8. Complete the application. For successful submission, you must complete all of the required application sections.
Once you have completed your application online, you will receive a confirmation email from Human Resources, which you should save for your records. Campus Recreation will evaluate all applications and will contact individuals directly for interviews.
