The Group Fitness Program is designed to provide participants with a variety of choices ranging from hi/low aerobics and yoga to body toning and spinning. Over 50 sessions a week are offered by certified leaders.

The Group Fitness Program is available at no additional cost to eligible patrons. All sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
