Indoor Track Rules

  • All walkers are to use the inside lane on the track.
  • All joggers are to use the two outside lanes on the track.
  • All sprinting is prohibited on this track.
  • Interval training is prohibited on this track.
  • There may be a maximum of only two persons abreast while walking or jogging around the track.
  • Food and beverage are prohibited. Water bottles are allowed.
  • Sneakers are required for all runners and walkers.
  • Area of rescue are located in designated areas around the track. Signs are posted to make these rescue areas accessible to all users in case of an emergency.
  • Surveillance cameras are located at each of the four turns above the track to provide security during all hours of operation on the track.
  • Emergency pull cords are located in each inside corner of the track that alert security.
  • No strollers, in-line skates, or equipment is permitted on the track.
