IBC First Floor Fitness
The 1st floor fitness of the IBC includes a free weight area with rubberized flooring that includes dumbbells, squat racks, bench presses, free weight multi-use benches, smith machines and 2 multi-use cable machines. The carpeted area of 1st floor fitness includes our circuit express area including 12 pieces of selectorized equipment to target each muscle group, 5 pieces of strech equipments, and a stretch area with mats and abdominal exercise equipment.
If you are interested in a Fitness Orientation during the Spring Semester please stop by the front check-in counter of the IBC to schedule an appointment. Fitness orientations are by appointment only.
