The Department of the Bursar's Office of Credit & Collection serves the Temple University community by collecting, accounting for and reporting on cash receipts, student tuition, student loans and various other University receivables. Our primary customers include students and alumni. Services provided include: depositing and properly crediting funds received at Temple, collecting tuition and fees, counseling student loan recipients to help them manage their debt, managing federal and institutional student loan programs.
