Temple Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) – TIPP is a ten-month interest-free plan managed by Higher Education Services, Inc. on behalf of the University.  Students can finance all or a portion of their tuition, housing, board and related fees (minimum of $1000).  There is an application fee of $50 and payments can be made by check, pre-authorized electronic debit, or credit card.  Credit cards payments are subject to a convenience fee of $11 per each $500 paid.

    Temple Deferred Payment Plan

Students are automatically enrolled in the deferred payment plan by paying the minimum amount due. If the total amount due is not paid by the weekend before the semester starts, students are enrolled in the deferred payment plan.  The minimum amount due on the bill still must be paid.  The payment plan provides students with a grace period until mid-semester to pay the bill in full.  The deferred payment plan is only offered in the fall and spring semesters and carries a non-refundable payment plan fee of $25 per semester, which students will be assessed.
