Temple Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) – TIPP is a ten-month interest-free plan managed by Higher Education Services, Inc. on behalf of the University.  Students can finance all or a portion of their tuition, housing, board and related fees (minimum of $1000).  There is an application fee of $50 and payments can be made by check, pre-authorized electronic debit, or credit card.  Credit cards payments are subject to a convenience fee of $11 per each $500 paid. 

Temple Easy Payment Plan (TEPP)

The Easy Payment Plan consists of up to three equal installments during a semester at a cost of $11 per installment.  Tuition must be paid in full by the last installment each semester.  If payments are made by credit card, the convenience fee will also be assessed; however, if payments are made by check or e-check, only the $11 installment fee is charged.
