Temple University Bursar's Office accepts:
- Cash
- Checks - Please make payable to Temple University or send to P.O. Box 828799, Philadelphia, PA 19182-8799. Be sure to include the student’s name and/or TUid number.
- Electronic Checks taken from your checking or savings account. Click here for info.
- Foreign drafts must be payable in US dollars and drawn on a US branch of a foreign bank.

- Foreign Checks (Must be 200 US Dollars or greater)
- Credit Cards - Credit cards may only be made online via OWLnet at https://owlnet.temple.edu . Credit card payments made not be made in person or via the phone. There is a 2.75% convenience fee charged by our vendor in addition to tuition and fees for all credit card payments.

Students log into OWLnet with their student ID number and their Personal Identification Number (PIN) for access. Students may also authorize other individuals through OWLnet to pay on their behalf.

***Please note that if there is a credit balance on a student's tuition account and a refund is authorized, payments made by credit card are required by ALL credit card companies to be refunded back to the original credit card. Any credit balance left after the credit card is refunded will be remitted as a check or direct deposit.
