Temple University Concert Choir to Tour New England and New York

Dr. Paul Rardin, Chair of Choral Activities, will lead the TU Concert Choir on a tour to New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York from May 17-21, culminating with a recording session of a newly-commissioned work by Eriks Ešenvalds. The TU Concert Choir will release a new CD, including Tu concert choir
the Ešenvalds, in the fall.  Download WAKEN THE DAWN, released by the TU Concert Choir in 2012. Boyer alumni in the Cambridge, MA and New York areas, are invited to a free post-concert wine reception.

 

Tour repertoire includes:
Howells Requiem
Ešenvalds Northern Lights
Ešenvalds Three Teasdale Poems World Premiere, commissioned by Temple University Concert Choir
Betinis Carmina mei cordis
McCullough Song of the Shulamite
Pinkham Wedding Cantata
