Our graduates have achieved professional status in a variety of performing and teaching positions. Temple percussion graduates are now in the Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas, Columbus, Delaware and Honolulu Symphonies, as well as the Metropolitan Opera and Pennsylvania Ballet Orchestras. 

Percussion teachers at Arizona State, Northwestern University, Indiana State, University of Colorado, Carnegie Mellon, and the University of Delaware are Temple Alumni.  As music educators, our graduates are having a significant impact by enriching the lives of young people through music. 

Many of our students are also pursuing careers in the jazz and commercial fields. The most outstanding of these is Dave Gibson, former drummer with the Count Basie Orchestra.
