      Kelly Meashey, MMT MT-BC FAMI AVPT LCAT, has been a board certified practicing music therapist since 1982, and a professional jazz/pop vocalist since 1981. She completed GIM training with Dr. Kenneth Bruscia and has been trained in Vocal Psychotherapy by Dr. Diane Austin. As a self-employed clinical music therapist, Kelly has worked for 18 years with individuals with Severe/profound Developmental Disabilities, Alzheimer’s Disease, Autism, Hearing Impairment, Learning Disabilities, Psychosis, Brain Injury from stroke and car accidents, Cerebral Palsy, and Visual Impairment. She has taught classical and contemporary vocal performance majors at The University of the Arts, and Temple University. Currently, she has a private office as a music psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma.
