      Alyson Pray has been dancing professionally and teaching ballet for thirteen years. She began her training at the Bowman School of Dance in Cherry Hill, NJ and went on to study at the Rock School,  Kirov Academy in Washington D.C. and the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet in Narberth. In addition, Alyson had the opportunity to attend programs at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and Boston Ballet.

      Alyson’s professional career began with the Sarasota Ballet of Florida. There she performed the roles of Odette in “Swan Lake”, Sugar Plum Fairy in “Nutcracker”, and Queen of the Dryads in “Don Quixote.” In 2004, Alyson became a member of the Pennsylvania Ballet where she danced several ballets by George Balanchine including “Serenade”, “Theme and Variations”, and “Concerto Barocco.”  She also performed in works by Jerome Robbins, Christopher Wheeldon, Twyla Tharp, Matthew Neenan and Trey McIntyre and danced several classics such as Giselle, Sleeping Beauty and Coppelia.

      In 2010, she founded Align Healing and created the Align Healing Program for Health and Wellness.
