    • Megan Mizanty is a Philadelphia-based dancer, choreographer and educator.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College and Master of Fine Arts degree from Temple University.  During her graduate career, she was the recipient of the Dean's Grant and the Interdisciplinary Arts Grant.  Her past works have involved extensive collaboration from local visual artists, opera singers and composers.  She is currently an ambassador for the yearlong Group Motion Dance Company/Susan Rethorst Project in West Philadelphia.   She has choreographed pieces for the American College Dance Festival, Philadelphia Fringe Festival and most recently premiered a collaboration with local pianist Sabrina Clarke at Little Berlin Art Gallery.  She has performed for Eun Jung Choi, LEVYdance, Phil Grosser, and is currently a company member of Birds on a Wire Dance Theatre.
