With performances described as “musically evocative” and a skill at engaging audiences in the musical dialogue, Katelyn Bouska is a frequent solo and collaborative musician. Active in concerts in the United States, she also performs abroad including venues in Canada, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines. With her ability to perform a broad range of repertoire ranging from early music to the most contemporary, she is at ease on clavichord, harpsichord, fortepiano and modern piano.

She maintains a busy schedule as a pedagogue while focusing on performing in a variety of venues and collaborations. With her unique combination of performance practice expertise, long-term study of the Alexander Technique, and international study and performance, she is in demand as a teacher at the private and university level.

She frequently engages with local student composers and performers to help them expand their experiences and skills. In addition to her passion for introducing little-known Czech music to wider audience, Katelyn also actively collaborates with emerging professional composers to communicate their music to wider audiences. She is a founding member of a new music collective, “Human Resonance,” that partners with composers to present their music at unique concert venues aimed for large community involvement.
