One of Philadelphia`s most active and versatile harpists, Kimberly Rowe, has performed with the region`s top ensembles including the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Baltimore Symphony, the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, and others. She appears regularly with Network for New Music, one of the region’s premiere contemporary music groups, and also performs frequently in Atlantic City showrooms for stars that have included Tony Bennett, Bernadette Peters, Josh Grobin, and many others.

In addition to her work with ensembles, Kimberly Rowe has performed extended engagements as a solo harpist at elite venus around the world including the Palace Hotel, in Tokyo, the Manza Beach Hotel, in Okinawa, the Grand Hotel, in Mackinaw Island, Michigan, and the Four Seasons Hotel, in Philadelphia, where she served as resident harpist for two years. Rowe has also performed in Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean aboard the QE2 oceanliner.

Rowe has been a featured performer at major harp events around the world including the American Harp Society National Conference (1993 and 2004), Lyon & Healy’s International Jazz and Pop Harpfest (1993 and 2007), and the 2002 World Harp Congress, in Geneva, Switzerland, as a member of the Salzedo Harp Ensemble. She has given presentations for the American Harp Society in Philadelphia and Washington D.C., and has been a guest speaker at institutions such as the University of Michigan.

Kimberly Rowe attended the Cleveland Institute of Music where she received a Bachelor of Music degree in 1987 and a Master of Music degree in 1989 studying with renowned harp pedagogue Alice Chalifoux. Rowe also worked with Chalifoux at the Salzedo Summer Harp Colony, in Camden, Maine, from 1982–1990. From 1979–1988 Rowe attended the Brevard Music Center studying both flute and harp.
