Joseph Michael Kelly is an architect, engineer and construction manager in private practice. His experience involves a wide range of architectural design activities and the design of engineering systems incidental to the practice of architecture. He is based in Greenville and Philadelphia and divides his time between practice, teaching and research. He is a Registered Architect in the states of GA, NJ, NC, PA, and SC. He is a Chartered Engineer in the UK and practices as a Building Services Engineer. As both an architect and an engineer, he clearly integrates the two disciplines into one. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Architectural Association of Ireland (AAI), Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI), Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), and certified by the National Council Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). His work has received awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects in recognition of outstanding professional achievement and from the South Carolina Department of Land Resources for planning and design.
