Group Tour Visits

Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit your request at least three weeks before the day you would like to visit. You will receive a confirmation once your visit has been approved, typically within 3 business days. We will not be able to accommodate more than one date/time change per request. If you need to change your request more than once, please send an email to visits@temple.edu and re-submit another form. We do offer a 15-minute grace period in case your group is running late for any reason. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a tour guide for a campus tour after this time. However, we will offer your group a self-guided map which includes a 30 minute walking tour of the campus.

*Please note: Completing and submitting this form DOES NOT confirm your visit. Your visit confirmation will be sent via email and/or fax from our office. Due to the popularity of group tour requests we are only able to accommodate high school students during the school year (September - May) with no more than 50 people at a time. During the summer months (June - August) we do welcome all age groups and organizations with no more than 50 people at a time.
