Menstrual Cycle Study
Do I Qualify? What’s Involved? FAQs Scientific Information Links Directions Contact Us
We are conducting a research study into the effects of genetic variation on the menstrual cycle and the uterus. We are looking for Caucasian women, ages 20-45, who are not pregnant or taking birth control pills, for a research study of the menstrual cycle and the uterus. Click here for more information about qualifying for participation in this study.
Participation involves giving a mouthwash sample (for genetic testing) and having your height and weight measured in our offices on Temple University’s main campus. Participants then follow their menstrual cycles at home for 3 months. Finally, participants undergo transvaginal ultrasound testing of the uterus at Temple Hospital. Click here for more comprehensive details about being in the study.
