Dr. Ted Mihalisin
Professor of Physics
A Temple University faculty member for 35 years, Dr. Mihalisin’s expertise is in magnetism and superconductivity and the visualization of multidimensional data.
Dr. Mihalisin teaches Physics: Matter and Motion, General Physics I, and General Physics II at Temple University Ambler. Actively researching data visualization, he has spoken at numerous data visualization workshops.
Dr. Mihalisin has published more than 130 research articles and has received many honors, including selection as an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow, the Temple University Faculty Research Award, and a National Science Foundation Creativity Award. He has also had 18 years of consecutive funding from the NSF.
Dr. Mihalisin is a member of the American Physical Society, the American Statistical Association, and Institute of International Electrical and Electronic Engineers. |
