Learn About Our Programs
The Department of Landscape Architecture and Horticulture at Temple University is committed to excellence in ecologically based education. Our goal is to train leaders in the art and science of horticulture and landscape architecture. Our programs (Landscape Architecture - BS and MLArch) and Horticulture (BS and AS) provide students with a knowledge and an understanding of the environment so that they can improve the quality of our urban, suburban and rural communities.
Programs accredited by the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB) are required to provide reliable information to the public. Programs must report on accreditation status and its performance. This information is to help potential students make informed application decisions.
