EarthFest 2008 is right around the corner!
Friday, April 25
9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Rain or shine!
As the event continues to grow, so does the need for volunteers!
Last year's event — with about 90 exhibitors and 10,000 visitors — could not have been successful without the help of volunteers, including students, staff, faculty, and community members.
We are hoping that we can count on previous volunteers returning, and new volunteers participating for the first time!
We have dozens of positions that we need filled, and several time options to choose from. A list of positions available and a short description of each position is detailed below. Time slots are also included.
We will try to accommodate position requests on a first come, first served basis. Your time requests WILL be honored, as we understand that many campus departments may have their staff volunteer in shifts.
Our busiest time is 8:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Volunteers are asked to wear their Red Temple Ambler shirts with the black collars. If you do not have a shirt, please contact Rachel Berger as soon as possible so that one can be ordered for you.
EarthFest is an event that highlights how communities can come together to protect and preserve our environment, our towns, and ourselves - it's all about sustainability!
Why not become a part of the team and volunteer at what has become one of the largest celebrations of Earth Day on the East Coast?
Are you a local community member or a member of an area oganization that would like to help out? Contact us! We'd be happy to have you!

We want to thank you for your valued support!
Each volunteer will receive three (3) OwlBucks, which can be used to "purchase" food. This will cover the cost of a typical lunch at the event.
If you are coming from an outside organization, please let us know how many people will be coming to volunteer so that we can ensure each member gets their Owlbucks!
Thank you in advance for your support! It is only through the support of our campus and neighboring communities that we can ensure that EarthFest 2008 will be a success!
It is important that you respond with your volunteer position/time requests as soon as possible!
