The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) was fashioned from VUSP’s existing panel of technical experts. This was accomplished by adding two representatives from the CSC to the VUSP’s panel. The TAC provides technical expertise to the design and implementation of BMPs, develops protocol to measure the Technical Program’s outcomes, and prepares an annual report. Public Outreach On June 11, 2006, the T-VSSI hosted its first Public Outreach meeting at Temple University Ambler. Twelve individuals attended representing county planning departments, conservation districts, watershed partnerships, and environmental organizations.
