This 4-story, 10 unit residential building in Northern Liberties was designed with large windows and terraces to establish a strong connection to the outside. Parking was held to the rear of the building to preserve the walkable, urban character of Third Street. In addition to providing a communal open space for residents, the building’s green roof will collect and treat stormwater runoff, reducing up to 50% of the site’s runoff volume contributed to the city’s storm sewer system.
