Thin Flats is an 8-unit, new construction condominium project that manages all stormwater that falls on its site, right on-site, through the combined use of intensive green roof systems; a 6,000 gallon cistern placed below the parking area that captures all roof runoff and yard drains and reuses it for car washing and ground level gardens; and a completely permeable paving system on all ground level open space.

Thin Flats has been awarded LEED Platinum Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
