Overview: The Center is undertaking a six to
eight month study to develop a GIS based environmental resources inventory
of Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, PA. The inventory will
primarily include elevation data and natural and built environment data.
The final output of the study will include a series of GIS data, metadata,
a technical report, and a series of GIS maps.

The CSC research team will Collect, edit, and process
latest GIS and other datasets from various sources; Create highly
accurate new datasets as part of the other project the CSC is working on
for the township (Fort Washington Area Flooding and Transportation
Improvement Study); Create metadata for each file and include those
metadata in a technical report; Generate a series of hard copy and
web-enabled maps; and Provide explanations of the data inventory for
non-technical audience.
